Impeller Details

This is a high‑precision solid blisk designed specifically for aero‑engines, gas turbines and heavy‑duty centrifugal compressor rotating systems. It is integrally machined from a single solid blank without welded, brazed or mechanically assembled blades, eliminating joint‑structure failure risks that commonly occur on conventionally assembled rotor components.
The monolithic solid blisk delivers outstanding overall rigidity and dynamic balance performance under high‑speed harsh operating conditions. Complex twisted blade profiles are completed by 5‑axis milling to achieve optimized aerodynamic performance, lowering airflow loss and improving the operating efficiency of the whole rotating machinery set. Multiple dimensional configurations are supported, with maximum outer diameter reaching up to 2500 mm.
Material selections cover aluminum alloy and titanium alloy to satisfy different working‑temperature, strength‑to‑weight ratio and anti‑corrosion requirements. Titanium alloy options are suitable for high‑temperature severe‑service environments, while aluminum alloy variants work well for light‑weight low‑to‑medium temperature working scenarios.
Blade profile accuracy, surface finish and dynamic balancing grade are key indicators that determine blisk service life and unit stability. All machining tolerances are strictly implemented according to customer drawings and technical specifications. Fine‑tuning on blade surface and dimensional tolerance can be completed to match the overall rotor assembly requirement.

Application: High‑speed rotating machinery including aero‑engines, industrial gas turbines and large‑size centrifugal compressors.
