In terms of bearing speed, the bearing is determined according to factors such as bearing type, size, accuracy, cage type, load, lubrication method, and cooling method.

The installation and disassembly of the bearing needs to be disassembled and installed frequently in certain applications to ensure that the inspection and maintenance can be carried out according to its location. Bearings with inner and outer rings that can be installed separately, such as cylindrical bearings, needle roller bearings, and tapered bearings, are very suitable for this occasion. Taper hole type self-aligning ball bearings and self-aligning roller bearings also simplify the installation procedure with the help of bushings.

In some cases, rolling bearings need to be preloaded to increase rigidity. This procedure is usually used for deep groove ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. Errors can lead to eccentricity of the inner and outer rings. In order to prevent the eccentric angle from being too large, self-aligning ball bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, or self-aligning bearing seats are the best choices. Voice frequency and torque, dynamic bearings are produced according to high-precision standards, so the voice and torque are small. Deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are used in combination with special requirements for low noise and low torque.

(2) The surface of the assembly should be cleaned with clean gasoline, kerosene, toluene or xylene and other solutions, dried with a clean rag, and then coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil, so that the device can be operated easily and efficiently.

(3) When temporarily installing, open the bearing package, immerse it in the above-mentioned gasoline and other liquids and rotate it gently by hand, and ensure that the package oil on the surface of the cage, rolling elements and raceways is thoroughly cleaned.

(4) When cleaning a large number of bearings, first scald with hot oil with a temperature of 90-100°C to condense the package oil, and at the same time dig out all the old oil with a tool that is seamless and does not drop debris, and then scald for a few minutes, then Rinse off the oil with kerosene, then clean it again with gasoline at the end. After cleaning, wear film gloves and place the bearing on a clean cloth or paper on the workbench to dry.
