Secondly, identify and check the vibration of the rolling bearing during operation. The vibration of rolling bearings is very sensitive to bearing damage. For example, in the vibration measurement of rolling bearings, there will be peeling, indentation, corrosion, cracks, and wear. Therefore, the size of the vibration can be measured by using a special measurement of bearing vibration (frequency analyzer, etc.), which cannot be inferred from abnormal conditions. frequency. The measured value is different due to the condition of the bearing or the position of the sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values ​​of each machine in advance, and then determine the standard.
Finally, check the temperature of the rolling bearing. The temperature of the rolling bearing can be inferred from the temperature outside the bearing chamber. If the oil hole can directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing, it is more suitable.
In general, the temperature of rolling bearings gradually increases and reaches a steady state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the rolling bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the device. If lubrication and installation are proper, the bearing temperature rises rapidly, and abnormally high temperatures occur, it must be stopped and necessary precautions must be taken. Since the temperature is affected by lubrication, speed, load and environment, the median values ​​in the table only represent the general temperature range. Using this heat detector, the working temperature of the bearing can be monitored at any time. When the temperature exceeds the specified value, it will automatically alarm or stop to prevent the burning shaft accident.
