How to choose grease for sliding bearing?

The load is less than 1MPa, the peripheral speed of the journal is less than 1m/s, the maximum working temperature is 75℃, and the No. 3 calcium-based grease is selected;

The load is 1-6.5MPa, the peripheral speed of the journal is 0.5-5m/s, the maximum working temperature is 55℃, and No. 2 calcium-based grease is selected;

Load>6.5MPa, journal peripheral speed below 0.5m/s, maximum working temperature 75℃, use No. 3 calcium-based grease;

Load <6.5MPa, journal peripheral speed 0.5-5m/s, maximum working temperature 120℃, use No. 2 lithium grease;

Load>6.5MPa, journal peripheral speed below 0.5m/s, maximum working temperature 110℃, use No. 2 calcium-sodium grease;

The load is 1-6.5MPa, the peripheral speed of the journal is less than 1m/s, the maximum working temperature is 50-100℃, and the No. 2 lithium base grease is selected;

The load is >5MPa, the peripheral speed of the journal is 0.5m/s, the maximum working temperature is 60℃, and the No. 2 calender grease is selected;

In a humid environment, at a temperature of 75-120 °C, calcium-sodium base grease should be considered. In a humid environment, the working temperature is below 75 °C, and there is no No. 3 calcium-based grease, but aluminum-based grease can also be used. When the working temperature is 110-120℃, lithium-based grease or barium-based grease can be used. For concentrated lubrication, the consistency is smaller.
